Background: Seventy percent of the yearly 1.8 million emergency contacts to Danish hospitals arrives from patients in pain. Pain management is an essential and challenging part medicine ineffective analgesia for attending department (ED) common can lead complications, extended hospital stays course illness. Opioid-tolerant are increasing challenge requiring different acute pain management, ie. needing much larger doses opioids – which a number reasons they do not receive. The rising need opioid sparing treatment difficulties with current use calls clinical studies investigating effect safety alternatives. Low-Dose-Ketamine (LDK) has been studied as analgesic shown be useful reduction postoperative setting. This study will evaluate efficacy LDK adjunct morphine ED. Hypothesis: superior alone regards effect. combination result than no prior use.
 Methods: Randomized, double-blinded trial, versus IV regarding 152 fulfilling all inclusion criteria exclusion stratified (prior opioids) randomized 1:1 ratio two groups. Perspectives: first examine general patient population ED compare it opioids. could present better without opioids.
 Results: Pending still running.
 Conclusion: running.
